GETS is committed to making QHSE an integral part of its activities at all levels of the organization and in all phases of the project process, as set out in its QHSE Management Policy.
Our QHSE Policy encompasses Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management based on the following principles:
Quality :
Our key objective is to bring our processes into compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard. Our Total Quality Management system is a permanent feature of life, with all employees at all levels ensuring that activities are in line with our Quality policy. Health & Safety Management Concern for improving Health and Safety conditions in the working environment, by taking into account the specifics of our processes. This is an integral part of our business and reflects our commitment to the care for our employees and attitude towards the social environment where we live and operate. For us at GETS, compliance with the relevant legislation represents the minimum level to be achieved and improved upon, as evidenced by our HSE program.
Environmental Management :
Our high environmental awareness ensures a pleasant working environment and good relations with our neighbors, hence intensive efforts towards sustainable development and environmental management. We also aim for continuous improvement of the working and living conditions of all our employees. Our environmental policy and procedures have been developed to conform to the requirements of ISO 14001.

Occupational safety and health (ISO 45001, 2018) :
Our OH&S Management System is aligned with the requirements of ISO 45001 :2018, which is implemented at all levels of our company.
This system respects the PDCA principle and aims to continuously improve our OHS performance.
The main objective of this system is to prevent workplace accidents and the damage they can cause to workers, our Interested Parties and the company.
Risk management is an integral part of GETS' internal and external management system by involving our team in health and safety issues and reporting suggestions and notification of accidents and near misses, to building a positive health and safety culture and achieve strategic objectives and targets in a controlled manner.
