POST PREREQUISITE:
– Education/ Academic requirements: BAC+
– Required specialty: Electromechanical or mechanical engineer
– Desired specialty: Electromechanical, mechanical
– Required experience: 5 years

DESCRIPTION OF THE POST MISSIONS:
– Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Engineering
Department.
– Follow with Supply Chain Manager strategic relationships with suppliers, promoting commercial, sustainability, innovation, and performance initiatives.
– intervene in receiving all the documents prepared by Concerned Departments to start sourcing of suppliers.
– Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.
– Receiving the price quotations. (Competitive quotes)
– Prepare CBE & TBE based on supplier response including deadline, price, mode of payment, Certificates.
– Work closely with Logistic Coordinator for the Export operation
– Communicate with Project Leaders and suppliers to finalize the quantity and quality.
– Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project
Management Team.
– Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
– Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
– Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard.
– Evaluating the suppliers in order to select the most suitable ones who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
– Issuance of Purchase order.
– Tracking and expediting of Shipment.
