PROCESS ENGINEER

• POST PREREQUISITE :
• Education/ Academic requirements : BAC +5
• Required specialty : Process engineering
• Required experience : 5 Years

• Necessary trainings and qualifications :

• Proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, etc.)
• Familiar with process standards as: GPSA, Shell dep, NFPA,
• Familiar with Process Softwares : HYSYS, FlareSIM…
• DESCRIPTION OF THE POST MISSIONS :

The Process Engineer is Responsible for :

• Elaboration of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) which gives an overview of the Complete Chemical Plant Processes.
• Elaboration of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PID) to show the Inputs & Outputs of Each Equipment ;
• Process Equipment sizing and Equipment datasheets preparation
• Elaboration of simulations using different Softwares : HYSYS,
• Provide process inputs for layout, piping, and instrumentation design.
• Prepare operating and control philosophies.
• HYSYS simulations
• Flaresim simulations
• Participate in the HAZOP, HAZID and ENVID meetings
• Assist in HAZOP ; Risk Assessment
• Preparation of work method statements and procedures
• CAPEX and OPEX study
• knowledge in Safety process
