Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, testing, and optimization of mechanical systems and components. Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Create detailed mechanical designs, prototypes, and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
- Analysis & Testing: Perform simulations and analysis (e.g., stress, thermal, fluid dynamics) to ensure the functionality, safety, and durability of products. Conduct physical testing and validation of prototypes.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, manufacturing teams, and quality control, to meet project requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve mechanical issues in designs, production processes, or existing systems. Develop solutions to improve product performance and manufacturability.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance engineering processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and development. Experience in [industry-specific technologies or tools] is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar).
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, material science, and manufacturing processes.
