DESIGNER

POST PREREQUISITE:

• Education/ Academic requirements: Bac+3
• Required specialty: Senior Technician in Mechanical Engineering
• Required experience: < 4 Years
• Necessary trainings and qualification:
• Good knowledge of CADWORX software all modules
• Good knowledge of AUTOCAD 2D/3D software
• 3D modeling and development of detail documents (GAD, DETAIL PLANS,
• MTO, ISO, etc.).

DESCRIPTION OF THE POST MISSIONS:

      1 Drawing Preparation

• Drafting & issue drawings based on:
• Engineer’s design inputs
• Calculations and sketches
• Mark-ups and redlines
• Produce:
• Layout drawings
• Shop drawings
• As-built drawing

      2 Accuracy & Detailing

• Ensure all drawings are:
• Accurate and to scale
• Clear and properly dimensioned
• In line with project standards and templates
• Apply correct symbols, legends, and annotations.

      3 Accuracy & Detailing

• Ensure all drawings are:
• Accurate and to scale
• Clear and properly dimensioned
• In line with project standards and templates
• Apply correct symbols, legends, and annotations.

      4 Software & Tools

• Use CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to produce drawings.
• Maintain proper file naming and version control as per project requirements.

      5Coordination

• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to:
• Avoid clashes
• Ensure consistency between drawings
• Update drawings based on inputs from different teams.

     5 Revisions & Updates

• Revise drawings based on:
• Engineer comments
• Client/consultant feedback
• Site changes
• Track revisions and ensure latest versions are issued.

      6 Compliance with Standards

• Follow:
• Project drafting standards
• Company templates
• Applicable codes and conventions

      7 Support to Site & Engineering

• Provide drawings required for construction execution.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings based on site feedback.
