DESCRIPTION OF THE POST MISSIONS:
– Takes the lead in client meetings and maintains meeting records.
– Market research and competitor analysis to identify relevant tenders.
– Preparing proposals for bids on new projects, including reviewing existing plans and researching potential challenges.
– Coordinating with BDM to Review bids from other companies to determine if they are competitive and suggest adjustments to enhance competitiveness.
– Providing BOD with Client Meeting Reports: as he is the main client contact, likely handles meeting reports, and updates the client meeting database.
– Study Market Prices and advice concerned offers
– Monitoring public and private sector tender Websites and trying to reach the maximum number of clients.
– Update the Company Profile and Website of GETS Company
– Learn Technical points from Proposal Engineers
– Registration of GETS in Client Websites
– The preparation of Prequalification, verification & submission
– The Follow-up of the Prequalification status Through “PREQUALIFICATION TRACKING “
– Assure the secrecy of the pricing and projects under bid
– Work in front & back office
– Complete the “BUSINESS CASE APPROVAL FORM”
– Commercial offer preparation as Per GETS Standard after gathering required inputs
– Coordinate with Financial DPT For Bid Bond and Any financial requirement.
– Verify the Final Package to be delivered to the client.
– Qualifying tenders based on client fit and profitability.
– Develop initial bid proposals and presentations.
– Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
– Manage client relationships throughout the tendering process.
– Keep Follow of the submitted Tenders and perqualifications.
– Prepare and manage the budget in coordination with the team by addressing the “BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FUND REQUEST” to Finance DPT detailing all necessary Expenses.
